1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Oak Ceramics LTD reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time by updating this listing.

2. ORDERING FROM US

2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. Once your order has been placed, we will send you an order acknowledgement detailing everything you have ordered

2.2 once you have placed your order, we are committed to fulfil it unless it falls within any clause in section 2.3.

2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a system pricing error for the goods and / or the delivery charges or if there is an error in the product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

If we do decline your order for any reason, we will refund the full amount of any money paid

2.4 Because some products are made to order all delivery is subject to availability. The listing of items of on our Web Site by us is not a commitment by us that all products and their variants are available for immediate despatch. If an item is not available for immediate dispatch this will be stated in the items description

2.5 We are not responsible for any consequential losses you may incur by any delay in the despatch of your order by us due to non-availability of your order or any part of your order or a delay in delivery.

2.6 Refund will not be issued for any items that have to be manufactured or are of a bespoke nature (not a standard colour) unless the order is cancelled before the item production has begun (please contact us if you have placed an order of the above nature should you wish to cancel)

2.7 If any item has not been dispatched after 14 days of our notifying you of any delay, you may request a refund of any money paid for any goods not yet supplied and which have not been refunded with the exception of any products specified in clause 2.6.

2.8 If your order or any part of order is processed or confirmed by telephone, fax, letter or email these terms and conditions will remain the same.

3. PRICING

3.1 All prices shown on our website include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. The amount of VAT charged will be in accordance with HMRC regulations at the date of you placing your order.

3.3 We can only accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom.

3.4 All our prices offered on our web site are reviewed periodically and can be subject to change without notice

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to enquiries@oakceramics.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you or have been received by you, items may be returned to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange unless the item(s) are included in clause 4.4. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Any goods returned by you are despatched by you at your own risk.

4.3 Upon satisfactory receipt of the goods we will refund the goods value, or an exchange credit as required. We will deduct from any refund any costs incurred by us for the return and collection of the goods plus the cost of the original delivery. The return cost will be quoted to you when we have accepted your return but note before the collection is arranged. In order to obtain a refund, we will require the return of goods supplied to you.

4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.2 will not apply in the
following circumstances: -
(a) In the event that the product has been used or installed
(b) To any products that have been made or customised specifically for you
(c) If the goods are no longer in a resaleable condition as a result of any actions by you.

4.5 If you have been advised that any part of your order is being manufactured for your order only or requires customisation, we will accept your cancellation only If production of your order has not commenced.

4.6 Goods should be returned in the original packaging or where this is not possible, in suitable protection. Where an returned item is not in a resalable condition we reserve the right to rescind the offer of a refund and may offer a partial refund.

4.8.1 You must inspect the Products as soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery. Within seven (7) working days of delivery you shall notify oak ceramics LTD of any defect in the goods supplied or of any other complaint that you may have in relation to the goods supplied. If you fail to give notice in accordance with this clause, the goods supplied shall be presumed to be in accordance with the order and free from any defect that would be apparent on reasonable examination, and you shall be deemed to have accepted the Products accordingly.

4.8.2 If you establish to our reasonable satisfaction that any Products are not in accordance with these Terms or any other contract between us or are defective, your sole remedies shall be either the replacement of the Products by us or a refund to you of the purchase price and any delivery costs. Refunds are subject to clause 4.7 above.

4.8.3 If we require you to return the Products to us and they are defective we shall reimburse your reasonable postage cost or carriage of returning them.

4.8.4 By placing an order you agree that Oak Ceramics LTD, will not be responsible for any consequential losses or expenses you may incur caused by any delay in despatch, delay in arrival, damages caused in transit, or goods found to be faulty after arrival.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for personal use only and in accordance with the following clauses (a-c):
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text;
(c) any of our copyright and trademark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
