Refund/Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Oak Ceramics LTD.

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, products must be unsuitable for use due to damage or issue with fitting that comes from information supplied by Oak Ceramics LTD. Return of an undamaged product once agreed by Oak Ceramics will only be eligible for a refund after goods have been inspected within 7 days of receiving the item. Any monies owed will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way that occurred after the customer has received the item, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
